Golf Lessons & Coaching for Everyone

Hi, I'm Sarah Gallagher and I have over 17 years of coaching experience. I am one of the PGA Professional coaching staff at Keele Golf Centre.

Welcome to my website where the main objective is to help golfers of all ages and abilities from beginner to the elite, reach their potential and enhance their golf performance but more importantly, their enjoyment of the game.

I offer individual, shared and group sessions with your lesson being tailor-made to your golfing ability and can encompass any aspect of the game.

Titleist TPI

I continue to develop my learning and qualifications as a Golf Coach.

During lockdown of January 2021, I undertook an intensive online course to gain accreditation as a Titleist Performance Institute TPI Certified Expert.

This course provides me with the skills and knowledge to identify players physical limitations and how it affects their golf swing and enables me to provide the most efficient swing for players physical capabilities.

Individual Lesson

£55.00 - 60 minutes

Aimed at covering any aspect of your game that you feel the need to work on. After your initial assessment, we will agree on your goals and objectives and map out your journey to success.

These are available for Juniors who prefer a one-to-one approach and have specific areas they want to cover.

If your motivation and enjoyment increases via working with a family member or a friend then buddy up and come and enjoy an hours coaching together.

This can be tailor made to your own personal requirements and can include range work and TPI.

TPI
£60.00 - 60 minutes

Screening process with recommended programme and lesson.

A TPI screen will take place where the results will be discussed and a plan drawn up to improve the physical capabilities found in the screen with specific exercises and recommendations made.

Swing changes will be recommended in line with your physical capabilities to make game-enhancing improvements.

Join me for a Playing Lesson where we will concentrate on all key skills including pre-shot routines and course management. This is an invaluable way to improve your game, hone your skills and enhance your enjoyment of the game.
